As part of the IRGC International conference on the theme of ‘From Crisis Management to Risk Governance’, IRGC organised jointly with Tsinghua University, an expert workshop on Innovation and Adaptive Governance in Biotechnology
Technology development strategies and risk governance policies are commonly treated as separate spheres. This workshop focues on how the location, pace and diffusion of technological innovation are affected by the management of associated risks.
